Happy 20th Anniversary Max Toy Company !

Hard to believe it’s been 20 years of Max Toy Company ! As usual I have not kept up with updates (here), for up to date info, you should check our Instagram @maxtoyco and/or subscribe to our email list ( there’s a button on our homepage somewhere)

Amongst stuff happening this year, we should be trekking to Mexico for toy adventures, a children’s book based on my life in toys called “Monster Maker: The Strange Creatures of Mark Nagata” written by author Debbi Michiko Florence with Art by Inko Ai Takita Published by Reycraft books late 2025 release.

Oh and I’ve dubbed this year the Year of Eyezon as well .. the mutant potato is by far our most popular character and you will see new versions and collabs of him this year too !

Of course you can expect many customs and collabs with myself and Max so please keep an eye on our Instagrams ( Max’s is @maxnagataart )

I’m probably forgetting stuff and will try my best to update here in the future ;-P

Max Toy Updates !

Once again, this is the last place to check up on what we are working on ๐Ÿ™‚ @maxtoyco via Instagram or our email list is the best way to keep up to date ! Below are a bunch of stuff we’ve released or have coming up … speaking of which, next week check our web store for Father & Son Vol 2 custom show ! Yep, Max and i have a nice selection of custom painted Max Toy figures plus a couple that we both worked on ! Thanks again for the support !

Pre Order glow Garamon and Rainbow Ultraman are now closed. Sold much faster than expected… once they are in stock we will reopen sales.. but be warned we may only have a few available !

Max Toy Booth 233 Designer Con 2023 Dcon

Hi Guys ! This Friday and Saturday is the last Dcon in California (as if moves to Las Vegas next year) And, as the Toy Gods have deemed it I wrecked my back moving boxes preparing for Dcon ๐Ÿ™ Don’t worry, I’m improving but can not attend Dcon.

But, Max Nagata will be there with our exclusives (see below) and nice selection of customs ! If you’re going be sure to stop by and say “Hi” to Max and to make sure he’s doing ok ๐Ÿ˜‰

Max Toy Updates

Sorry for the lack of updates here but it’s been very busy at Max Toys these past few weeks (!) with lots of new drops and customs. As always the best way to keep track is via @maxtoyco Instagram and/or our email list on the from page of our web site www.maxtoyco.com !

Here’s just some of what has posted .. lots are now sold out but we just put up a few more Halloween Zazan and Sunset Fade Ultraman in the Max Toy web store !

Alien Xam mini figure project, Dragon Boy Super customs

First up we are continuing our series of custom printed and made mini figures of the World of Captain Maxx ! All designed by Max Nagata and in the case of this Alien Xam figure, Max even sculpted the head and cast them in resin ! Super limited and order via this link:
