Max Toy Company Wholesale
Due to the limited nature of the products we make, we do VERY little if any wholesale.
However, when we do, please contact us at: email@example.com for available items at wholesale. You must have a valid resellers permit to order via wholesale.

Payment in the form of most Credit Cards (processed via PayPal) and PayPal payments via PayPal secure transactions. We also accept Personal Checks, Domestic Money Orders & International Money Orders payable in US Dollars only, and paid to “Max Toy Company”. Please Do Not Send Cash !

Returns & Refunds:
Max Toy Co. does not offer refunds as all sales are final. Please ask all questions before you purchase.
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, as a result of our error, Max Toy Co. will exchange the product for a new one, if available. Customers seeking exchanges must notify Max Toy Company within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item. All products must be returned with 100% of the original contents (all accessories, packing, etc). Items are not returnable if they are opened, or show signs of wear. If the damage occurred as a result of shipping, and is not an error on the part of Max Toy Co., customers will need to make a claim with either USPS US post office. Max Toy Co. knows the value of the condition of a collectable. We take time & pride in packing & shipping our products carefully. Max Toy Co. ships using USPS (US Post Office Priority Mail and Express Mail services) for domestic & international customers. You must provide a valid residential or commercial “ship to” address during checkout. Items usually ship within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Max Toy Co. is not responsible for any misdirected payments, items lost/damaged during shipping. Max Toy Co. reserves the right to reject ANY person or persons as a customer for ANY reason. No toy for you !
Max Toy Co. endeavors to create safe and fun products. While we are certain that our adult collectible products are safe, due to international standards & practices, please keep products out of reach of children 15 years & under. These items are Adult Collectible Items, and as such are not for playing but rather for display only. Take care not to injure yourself handling the packaging. Discard packaging after product is opened. Do not swing or throw these products. Do not place in extreme heat or cold. There may be small pieces or sharp edges, or fingers may be pinched in joints, please handle with due care. Take care to keep all packing, plastic bags and such away from small children and infants and pets.
