Max Toy Updates (Lots !)

Ok lots of updates so I’ll get to it … ! and yes, this is the same as our email news letter … ;-P
Cool to announce we will have a retro style sofubi of GoNagai’s character Cutie Honey !
Max Toy x Dynamic Pro ! Fully licensed for Japan & the USA ( yay !) Details soon so look for more info to be posted. Production and Project Coordination Yo Miyamoto and Figure is sculpted by Makino-san once again to perfection !
Max Toy x Tsuburaya ! Yes, another tease for another special project .. again, fully licensed and “some” of them will be available to sell in the USA. It’s a long story, but at least I will be able to sell a few in the US… Once again, details very soon. πŸ˜‰

Also, posted a tease of some PlanetX asia customs … look for them at STGCC Singapore and my mini show at DaiKaiju Salon Tokyo. I’ll send out an email about those events next week πŸ˜‰ Picture below is of the Glow Ettin I did .. I use thin paints to let the glow show thru, but as you see it still looks good in the daylight ( I think ) haha …!
And, speaking of STGCC in about a week I will be a guest and bringing lots of goodies and have a bunch of wonderful collabs to show ! Fingers crossed that we also have two new vinyl “heads” to sell and show .. but more on that next week !

Eclipse Dunny Nagata x Corner12

Here’s a full look at the 8 inch Duuny I painted just in time for the Eclipse πŸ˜‰ This you may look at without any special glasses by the way…unless you need to wear glasses than of course please wear them to view this figure ! This one of kind hand painted Dunny, using Monster Kolor paints is signed on the foot.

Kimono Kaiju Negoras by Seth & Laura Longmire

Thank you, now Sold Out !

Custom painted by Seth Longmire using Monster Kolor paints, which is worth the price alone but Seth’s mom, Laura, has hand sewn each kimono using vintage Japanese fabrics ! The faux lantern is hand made as well ! Amazing details all add up to a very cute final collaboration ! These will not last … micro edition of x7 pieces, signed on the feet. Support these wonderful artists, Meow !!

Max Toy Updates SDCC 2017

This week is SDCC Comic Con and once again I’m honored to have a few customs with some of the nicest people in the toy/art scene.
First up ( above)Β  i have a nice selection of figures via the Squibbles Ink / Rotofugi booth 5248 !

I’m among a select group to customized artist Martin Hsu’s Kindred figures. The resin

figure is produced by @powercore.io . Stop by Martin’s booth number 4530 he’s got lots of great art and prints !

Pre Order King Negora & Updates

Finally, the Pre Order King Negoras are done and about to be shipped to me here in the USAΒ  πŸ˜‰ These took a very long time, but they did get done ! If you Pre Ordered, we will be shipping them ASAP, along with a bonus item for the long wait. If there are any left over I will post them to the web store soon.

Due to the high demand for these types of customs, I’ve been randomly popping them in the web store ;-P I’m a kinda slow painter, so it takes a few days to complete each one .. plus a few will be headed to various upcoming shows like Xenoplasm 2 in Australia and SDCC via Rotofugi booth. This one features the “primitive” head variation and flames on the arms πŸ˜‰ Painted over a bright pink vinyl base. Had lots of fun painting these but they were also lots of workΒ  ;-P
