Updates:
I’ve decided to cancel ALL my in person shows for 2020. While Dcon may still be going forward, to be honest, and with available news on Coivd, I don’t see how I can even attend ANY indoor events without risk. I do have a pre existing condition plus would not want to pass it along to my mother or family. Of course, I wait for Dcon to make their final decisions.

New Pre Orders and Shipping Updates

Hi All ! I hope you are doing well and staying safe ! I wanted to update you on Max Toy Pre Orders and Shipping Updates.

Shipping: For those who may not know, because of the worldwide virus, ALL shipping via EMS ( which we use for International shipping and for getting our stock from Tokyo) has been severely delayedΒ  ;-( Stuff will ship but see the delays below.

Pre Orders: Currently the Glow In Dark Ultraman figures are just about done at the factory in Tokyo. They should ship out this month. BUT, as stated above, they may take 3-4 weeks to get to the USAΒ  ;-( I’m so sorry about that.. but it’s out of our control.

Hopefully this will get better soon.. but as you know with fewer planes flying out these delays may be here for awhile.

Thank you again for the support and I hope things improve for the whole world soon… but to be honest I think we all will have to make adjustments going forward. As my 94 year old mother told me ( over the phone ) , that’s life and you just have to go with it (!) She should know having experienced many things in her life, including being in an internment camp during World War 2, and having breast cancer twice ! So, be positive and we will get through this !

Max Toy Dcon Wrap Up 2018

Fantastic Dcon ! Thank you for all the kind words and support !! I’m a bit overwhelmed by all the fans who came up to say “Hello” and who saw the “Kaiju vs Heroes” exhibit at the Japanese American National Museum !! When we were planning the museum exhibit, it was my hope that if anything my story would inspire people to pursue their dreams and that you can do it !

We sold out of almost everything we brought … have only x3 Kanegon and x3 glow Otters so will post them later today. A few customs will post as well πŸ˜‰

The bigger Dcon venue allowed for more room for the crowds which was nice and of course more vendors. I wish I had more time to just wander the con and didn’t get to connect with everyone I wanted too .. but we’ll be back next year πŸ˜‰ So many talented artists at the show .. I highly recommend attending next year if you can.

Below: We had the honor of having the Legendary Martial Artist and Actor, Gerald Okamura at our booth. We sold out of the first Man of Many Weapons Sofubi and had a great signing event !
