Updates:
Shin Eyezon update. At the iron mold factory hope to hear more news soon ! Header card art by the awesome Sophie Campbell is done too !
Pre Orders: Clear Blue Ultraman is still in pre order status. Hopefully we can get them in April/May time frame. However go this image of the figure from the factory so we are almost done !
Ultra Kaiju Bemstar and Twintails will have a USA release soon so please look out for that. Also just got sample pictures of THREE more Ultraman colorways ! Very cool ones very soon !
Ultraman collector cards ! There’s a Kickstarter for them now ( fully funded) but I was asked to contribute a few original sketched cards for the set. These will be randomly inserted into the packs. Card set is fully licensed by Tsuburaya Productions, too ! Will show them as soon as i do them and they get approved ;-P
And a little sneak peek at a new Ultraman header card I’m working on … you might “see” a glimpse of it during the Super Sofubi Show thingy above ;-P
Still needs final approval tho …!

Mark Nagata custom Kaiju micro runs

Posting up this Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021, I’ve painted a variety of Max Toy Company original sofubi figures in micro runs ( meaning x10 pieces or less !). Max Toy Club members have been given first access but don’t worry there’s remaining figures to choose from ! All items available will post to our web store: www.maxtoyco.com at a random time. Max Toy Updates

Sorry for the lack of updates, we’ve had a series of nice ( and Sold Out ) toy releases from Tsuburaya Productions Ultraman and Go Nagai / Dynamic Pro Mazinger Z figures ! BY the way, ALL Pre Order for the Mazinger Z figure are now shipped. This particular colorway is now sold out. Look for a few more glows and hopefully a Glitter version very soon !

Shin Eyezon project is now in the iron mold stage in Tokyo ! Expertly sculpted by Beth Graves – http://www.bethgraves.net/

Takes about 4-6 weeks in this next stage. Once the molds are done than a test pull will be generated to make sure there’s no issues pulling the soft vinyl. From there we’ll get some paint masks made which will take another few weeks. In the meantime working on the header cards with Sophie and soon we will be ready for the first release !

To give you an idea of this new Eyezons size .. here’s the sculpt with his Brothers ( or is it Sisters ?!?)

Sorry guys for the lack of updates here, but for the latest news follow my Instagram: maxtoyco or subscribe to our mailing list on our web page. Lots of drops have already happened and most have fully sold out ( see below) We will have one more drop next week ( I think ) for the year so look out for that.

Pre Orders – All Dark Ultraman orders have shipped ! Thank you for waiting, as it took a bit longer with shipping to get them (roughly 2.5 months).

Also, if you Pre Ordered a Mazinger Z ( normal and wings versions) we got only half of them in stock and those have now shipped out. Obviously if you have not received it, you will be in the next wave ( expected in late Dec/ early Jan. But, I will email you with a offer so please wait for that email.

Hi All ! Sorry for the lack of updates but lots going on. First if you Pre Ordered second round of Evil Black Ultraman they are still in production, but thank you for waiting should be soon. First wave of Mazingers are on the way so if you pre ordered, I will fill the orders in the order of first order, well, first !

Ok so this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Designer Con will be held online ! Go to their web page, as you need to buy a ticket to join in via PopShopLive app. Once you have your ticket, my store code is : MAXTOY

While it’s for iPhone or iPad, i believe you can still access via a computer and their web site.

Below are a few of the exclusives we have for the event. Again, you have to get your ticket to access this con. If stuff is left over, I will post them early next week to our web store. To be quite honest, I’m not sure how this will go, cause basically I have to sit there in front of the ipad and “sell” the stuff and you know, be engaging ;-P I’ll give it a go, but this is kinda not for people who don’t really like “people” ( haha ) Anyways, I’m willing to give it a go !

Trixi-Lu Black Cats Debut Sells Out !

Trixi-Lu

The plan was to adopt one kitten at our local animal
shelter. We went into room after room looking at
many kitties. Shy ones, orange ones, crazy ones,
old ones … so many, I wish we could adopted them
all ! Finally we went into a room with 2 black cats.
One immediately greeted us and sat in our laps.
The other was more shy and came out for only a
second but quickly retreated to her box. We
decided the more active one was the cat for us and
as we left to fill out the paperwork, she placed her
paw under the door and waved at us.
But, Max said, β€œHow can we just leave the other cat
there by itself ? We have adopt both !!!”
He was right, of course, and we brought both home.
Trixi and Lulu are the best kitties, and have their own
personalities. One is more active, one is shy. One
has big round eyes, one has half moon eyes.
Sometimes they play together, sometimes they have
a disagreement. While we sleep at night and when the
Moon and Stars align, they combine into Trixi-Lu and
have their own adventures !
