Father & Son custom show
Sorry for this VERY late post about the Father & Son custom show .. but we had it and everything Sold Out ! Thank you SO much to everyone who bought something as well to just the nice notes sent along ! Max has really grown, not only as a person but also as a artist and toy painter ! He’s starting back to his Art school, so maybe I’ll get him to do a few more customs before his Fall termΒ π

Hi Max Toy Fans !
Let’s start with the not great news … obviously everyone is aware of the virus and with much discussion with my family, i have decided to cancel any con attendance for the next few months.. This includes the upcoming Creature Bazaar in Glendale ;-(
Super bummed.
Besides taking care of my 93 year old mother, I am also in the “elderly” group of over 50+ year olds to avoid crowds (I don’t know how I made it to that group ! )
I wish everyone to stay healthy and well out there !
I do have some customs and new releases coming up this month ( info below ) .. so hopefully you guys are able to support me that way.
In fact, for all Artists out there,Β I hope you can continue to support them.. in any way you can…

Kaiju Paint Part Tokyo 2
Kaiju Paint Party 2, will be held at the Design Festa Gallery (east) Harajuku, Tokyo, August 17-18th, 2019. The first day, for a small fee, you can paint a Max Toy blank, using a provided airbrush and paints. Plus watch famous Japanese Toy Makers paint in person ! Day 2, is an all out sales event with exclusives and customs for sale ! Here’s the Japanese flyer for the event :

Kaiju Con Exclusives & Customs
Saturday, June 15th, 2019 at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles, California, Max Toys and Mark Nagata will have a table and participate in a painting demo and rare toy talk round table ! And, at 1pm come meet the Legendary Martial Artist from many movies and TV appearances Man Of Many Weapons Gerald Okamura at the Max Toy table, 1pm ! Details below !
See the museums web site for full details and a list of dealers and other special events during Kaiju Con ! Plus, it’s a great time to visit, “Kaiju vs Heroes” exhibit before it’s 10 month long run comes to an end on July 7th, 2019.

Mark Nagata x Diemouse Kaiju customs
Been working hard on these x7 Diemouse Kaiju figures ! Each is one of a kind and painted by Mark Nagata. Signed and dated and numbered 1/1 on the feet. at a random time. These will be sold, randomly, so you can not choose which one you may want. But, in my opinion, they all look greatΒ ;-P
And, a few, feature a baby doll type of middle eye, that closes when you lay the figure downΒ π All were painted with Monster Kolor paints !
