INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Max Toy Company has created this Overseas Shipping Policy in order to streamline the shipping process of packing and shipping products internationally. By placing your order with Max Toy Company, you agree to the following international shipping policy in addition to our standard terms and conditions:
ORDER PROCESSING and SHIPPING
Max Toy Company will email a quote for shipping your order. We ship by USPS ( United States Postal Service ), EMS ( Express Mail Service or Parcel Post Airmail with Insurance. We will only ship items overseas fully insured.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Max Toy Company does not offer refunds as all sales are final.
EXCHANGES
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, as a result of our error, Max Toy Co. will exchange the product for a new one, if available. Customers seeking exchanges must notify Max Toy Company within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item. All products must be returned with 100% of the original contents( all accessories, packing, etc ) . Items are not returnable if they are opened, or show signs of wear. If the damage occurred as a result of shipping, and is not an error on the part of Max Toy Co., customers will need to make a claim with either UPS or USPS ( whichever shiper used ). The packing materials found in our products serve only as protection for the product within.
SAFETY
Max Toy Company endeavors to create safe and fun products. While we are certain that our adult collectible products are safe, due to international standards & practices, please keep products out of reach of children 15 years & under. Take care not to injure yourself handling the packaging. Discard packaging after product is opened. Do not swing or throw these products. Do not place in extreme heat or cold. There may be small pieces or sharp edges, or fingers may be pinched in joints, please handle with due care. Take care to keep all packing, plastic bags and such away from small children and infants.
WHOLESALE
